Funny movie director Judd Apatow and his funny wife, actress Leslie Mann, have listed their beachside home in Malibu for $12 million.
The 86-year-old home, part of the gated Malibu Colony community, has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an open living space with walls of windows leading onto expansive decks with ocean views.
Beamed ceilings, two fireplaces and a chef’s kitchen with a cozy seating area create a warm atmosphere for laid-back mornings and cool evenings.
The master suite boasts a terrace with views from Catalina Island to Point Dume.
Apatow and Mann paid $10.83 million for the home in 2013, the year after they collaborated - with their young daughters Maude and Iris - on the movie “This Is 40.” Mann appeared in “Vacation” in 2015, while Apatow directed the Amy Schumer hit “Trainwreck” and is bringing his new series, “Love,” to Netflix in February.
The couple’s primary home is in Brentwood, according to Variety, which broke the news of the Malibu listing, presented by Alex Brunkhorst and Billy Rose at The Agency.
