Recently, Deutsche Bank announced that it reached a settlement with the Department of Justice over the bank’s issuance and underwriting of residential #mortgage-backed securities between 2005 and 2007. As part of the settlement, Deutsche Bank will be required to provide $4.1 billion in consumer relief.
